Thank you for shopping with Ki-Ou! All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Kaunas, Lithuania.



Order Processing Times

All orders are subject to a processing time of 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding Lithuanian national holidays). 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.



Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer convenient self-service and postal delivery options. Depending on your location, you can choose between major Locker Networks (DPD, Omniva, LP Express, SmartPosti) or Registered Post. All shipments include full tracking.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Lithuania

  • Locker Delivery: €2.99 (2 - 3 business days) — Available via DPD, Omniva, Venipak, LP Express or SmartPosti
  • Registered Post: €5.99 (3 - 4 business days)
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over €50


Netherlands

  • DPD Locker Delivery: €9.99 (3 - 5 business days)
  • Registered Post: €10.99 (3 - 5 business days)
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over €85


United Kingdom

  • Registered Post: €8.50 (6–10 business days)
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over €75


United States

  • Registered Post: €15.99 (10–20 business days)
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over €150


Australia & New Zealand

  • Registered Post: €14.99 (14 - 26 business days)
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over €150



Good to Know

  • Network Selection: You will be able to select your preferred pickup locker provider before checkout.
  • Customs Duties: Deliveries outside the European Union (UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand) may be subject to local import taxes upon arrival.



Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ki-Ou is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).




Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 - 48 hours. 



Returns and Refunds

For detailed information on refunds & returns, please view our refund policy. In accordance with EU and Lithuanian distance selling laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.
