Thank you for shopping with Ki-Ou! All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Kaunas, Lithuania.

All orders are subject to a processing time of 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding Lithuanian national holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EEST will usually begin processing on the following business day. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, customs processing, or severe weather.

Ki-Ou is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

For detailed information on refunds & returns, please view our refund policy. In accordance with EU and Lithuanian distance selling laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.
